Due to the artisanal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at chameleongardenperfumery@gmail.com with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Your order number

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund. We may ask that the damaged product be returned to us before issuing a refund.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at chameleongardenperfumery@gmail.com and we will assist in tracking the shipment or resolving the issue.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.

Please note: We cannot offer refunds due to personal dislike of scent, as fragrance preferences are subjective. We recommend purchasing a sample size when available.
